With the rapid development of the cable-stayed bridge,steel-concrete composite structure in the cable-stayed bridge has been widely used,the steel-concrete composite structure has the advantages of long span,torsional stiffness,high strength,light weight,convenient construction,prefabrication,short cycle,good integrity,succinct and beautiful appearance,small effect to external environment etc..Compared with the concrete bridge,steel-concrete composite structure bridge can reduce the weight of the superstructure,greater headroom under bridge.With the development of traffic,bridge steel structure are widely used in bridge construction.Steel anchor box concrete Flare Tower in the application process is less,this paper combined with the construction practice of Chongqing Jia Yue bridge,the steel anchor box processing,construction and installation of positioning control,construction technology,construction control of pylon tower and tower template extroversion stability calculation and construction control technology,by theoretical calculation and practical way,steel structure and concrete structure construction to achieve safe and simple mixing tower,the system this paper introduces the key technology of hybrid structure of tower and construction technology,in order to provide reference for similar engineering.To clear the project during the construction phase of the actual stress situation,using the engineering analysis software MIDAS,through the modeling calculation,analysis of the beam body mechanical behavior and deformation,and the results were analyzed to check whether meet the corresponding requirements,in order to ensure the engineering quality and safety.At the same time after completion of the project,timely and dynamic load test of bridge of the static and dynamic load test in the corresponding dynamic,by measuring the standard specified in the load under the action of stress strain and deflection is consistent with the specification requirements.Steel concrete structure as the main force structure in bridge construction,its technical advantages are discovered,has opened up new space for the development of the cause of the bridge,it appears that the construction of the bridge is more close to the "safe,economic,beautiful and we as the main force in the future of the cause of the bridge.We should be fully aware of the advantages of steel and concrete structure,to create new achievements in bridge construction.The results of this study to promote the production and installation of steel anchor box of the theory,practice,construction experience at the same time for the same type bridge in the future,and provide the reference.
