Study On The Construction And Development Of Domestic Modern Cityscape

Since our country has put opening up and reform policy into effect, the economics of cities is undergoing rapid development, the appearance of cities is changing with each passing day. On the demand of life quality in nation, the developments of the cities become international and diversified. Hence, over the following decade, the vital step of economical promotion is to build metropolises in a large scale. Yet, the style of the modern cities in the country become homogenize in the result of the imitation without a certain planning. At the same time, the culture and regional characteristics of the cities diminished seriously. This paper mainly focuses on the research of the development about the modern urban landscape construction.With the methods of literature research, experience summary, the case studies and so on, the modern urban landscape construction at home and abroad is analyzed. According to the development experience of the typical successful modern cities in the world, merits and shortcomings are compared. And then, a scheme is proposed that the modern urban landscape construction should respect the historical culture and national characteristics of the regions, and take the local terrain into account. In addition, the research is carried out in the four aspects which are the control, historical culture and public art, urban industrial structure of the whole city, and the relationship between city and nature. The problem of the modern urban landscape construction that should be paid attention to is pointed out.Take the development of Yubei district in the city of Chongqing for examples, in the paper, researches of the modernization and construction of urban landscape of this district has been done. Under the development experience of the modern cities, the strategic position of urban development of Yubei district is put forwards. Finally, aim of providing significant reference to the modernization of urban landscape construction in the future, relevant proposals of Yubei district of the modern urban landscape construction are presented.
