| Platform screen door comes to standard configuration of subway system because the advantages on energy saving and safety. This dissertation is mainly to study the structural model and cost optimization model.It will include the structure analysis of PSD, and get the result of stress and deformation for main structural parts. Then verify the calculation model by real prototype test and finite element to ensure the precision within 10%. The finite element analysis includes static loading analysis on stress and deformation and modal analysis. And also the cost calculation model will be created to launch the optimization calculation, and the result of optimization will be calculated. At the end, the finite elements analysis software will be used to check if the optimization result is good or not. During the research, Tianjin metro PSD project will be taken as an example to test all research process and it will be also redesigned with the optimized result to see how much cost will be reduced and if there is any structure downgrade happens. |
