China's compressed coal under buildings is very serious, coal is mined will cause the movement and deformation of surface, leading to the top of the building have some distortion and damage, if these buildings which has the initial deformation and initial damage under the earthquake, the failure mechanism will be more complicated, Therefore, the mechanism of such building disaster,development of protection mechanisms, On the liberation of the compressed coal under buildings and the protection of mine area's building has important practical significance.Therefore, relying on the natural science foundation (The Foundation theory research on the double protects to the structures from the earthquakes and the mining, No:50804026), for the engineering practice of the damage to buildings by mining and the damage by earthquake, researching the laws of building damage caused by surface deformation and the disaster mechanism under the action of strong earthquakes, considering material softening, strength degradation of nonlinear factors,using the finite element software of ANSYS, established a high level of reinforced concrete frame structure FEM model, analysis for the structure under the influence of mining and mining - earthquake of coupling effect,The main contents as following:⑴Research background and meaning of the paper are firstly introduced,The effect to construction from mining and earthquake are summarized,proposed mining area's building should be established resistance to deformation - earthquake resistance double protection mechanism;⑵Detailed discussion of the mining the mechanism of surface buildings,describes the focus characteristics of building damage on conditions in the mining influence;⑶Depth of the plastic model of reinforced concrete structures by structural, component units,materials three levels , and comparative analysis of different models and analysis of strengths and weaknesses. Use the proposed in this paper the equivalent material constitutive model defines the structure of beams, columns, shear walls nonlinear characteristics of the various structural elements to achieve the structural FEM model;⑷Introduces the basic concepts of structural damage,review of the current variety of different levels (material level, component level, structure level) status of the damage model, and the overall damage model of reinforced concrete structures were described in detail by analysis and comparison of selected damage model for this article;⑸Useing ANSYS finite element software to achieve a high level of reinforced concrete frame structure FEM model,create a reasonable boundaries and selecting the appropriate method of load is applied, successful simulation of the the state of structure under the influence by the mining and mining - earthquake of coupling effect;⑹The effect from mining to construction is analyzed by the software of ANSYS, then change and distribution rule of internal force is get in the process of earth deformation caused by mining.⑺Selected in a reasonable way in ANSYS, the success of the mining impact and earthquake ,a "quiet" and a "action" both the role of coupling. Through the Time-History dynamic analysis to the damaged RC Frame shear wall structure at each stage of mining process, the change and development rules for all kinds of displacements, time-history curves;⑻Do damage analysis of the whole structure for reinforced concrete frame structure, it is obtained that the rules of damage under different degree of mining effect and earthquake are concluded.
