| The industrial development of Changchun was mainly formed during in 1950s and 1960s. As a national prior developing heavy industrial city,Changchun, built a large number of state-owned industrial enterprises . Changchun Tractor Plant is one of the most representative examples.This block with strong industrial culture connotation locates in the core area in Erdao district.But as the city's industrial transformation,urban development change,self-management mechanism and other reasons , the development of this industry-led block meets considerable obstacles,and declines gradually.the status also restricts the development of the city in someway.In this paper,The author analyze the causes of decline in this block through on-site research,data collection and arrangement,public questionnaires and through the research and practice of domestic and foreign industrial heritage status;through the formation and development of tractor factory section to;to proposes the principles and methods of protection and renewal basing on evaluating the potential value of its industrial heritage in this research block;and to inquire models and specific methods to solute the corresponding problem;at last,to discuss the specific methods to protect and regenerate this potential industrial heritage in this area. |
