Research On The Protection And Renewal Of Landscape Environment In Changchun Faw History And Cultural District

The historical and cultural district is the continuation of the historical context of the city.The historical and cultural district landscape is the main feature of the city and the "historical scroll" to display the city image.Changchun FAW historical and cultural blocks is the birthplace of China's automobile industry,has a special primary value and the demonstration value,block landscape as join point of changchun industrial history,is the national famous historical and cultural city in changchun,an important part of the history of the landscape.Changchun FAW History and Culture District left a large number of industrial heritage,historical buildings,and characteristic landscape elements in the historical accumulation,gradually forming a historical and cultural street with distinctive industrial characteristics.The historic industrial district of FAW still maintains its original industrial production function.With the rapid and diversified economic development,the differences between the landscape environment and social needs of FAW's historical and cultural blocks have become increasingly apparent.Although the green coverage rate in the neighborhood is high,ancient architectural monuments are well-preserved and the features of the scenery are prominent,there are also historical landscape damages,unclear automobile themes,lack of industrial culture,aging infrastructure,and lack of public service facilities in the landscape environment.There are many problems that need to be solved urgently,and the landscape environment in the streets urgently needs effective protection and renewal.This article takes the landscape environment of Changchun FAW historical and cultural street as the starting point of the research,and discusses how to better protect and update the landscape environment of historical and cultural streets with distinctive industrial characteristics.Firstly,it analyzes the related background of the thesis,combs the development process and trends of relevant research at home and abroad,and defines related concepts.Secondly,a systematic analysis of the relevant basic theoretical knowledge of historical and cultural streetscapes and the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks where industrial heritage sites are located is provided to provide theoretical basis and empirical inspiration for the systematic analysis and landscape quality research of FAW History and Cultural Street District..Secondly,through field visits and investigations,the main research areas of the neighborhood were mapped out,and the main existing problems and contradictions in the neighborhood were proposed.Again,based on field visits and research,we explore the value of the landscape.Finally,summarize the value of industrial elements in historical and cultural neighborhoods.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the previous system,the principles and strategies of targeted protection and update are summarized,specific protection and renewal measures are proposed,and the feasibility of the theory is tested through design cases.
