Reconstruction And Research Of Changchun Tractor Factory Based On Cinematic Architecure

With the rapid development of the city,an increasing number of urban old industry architecture represented by industrial heritage confront the situation of reconstruction and regeneration.As one of the representatives of heavy industry enterprises in Changchun during the early days of the PRC,the Tractor Factory of Changchun has been fallen into disuse for decades.At present,the reconstruction of industrial heritage in our state is usually limited to the renovation and maintenance of the appearance,the replacement of space functions,and the continuation of the historical context,most put the emphasis on how to motivate the greater economic potential after the reconstruction of the old factory area,but lost sight of the psychological and emotional experience of citizens and other users who has deep emotion for it.Cinematic Architecture fills this gap.Cinematic Architecture is an architectural viewpoint,the core is always architecture rather than movie.The “movie” in Cinematic Architecture is more like an adjective in other contexts,it could be replaced by other words such as“perceived”,“narrative”,“poetic”,etc..The thesis mainly expands from the following four parts.The first part is the introduction to the research content.Starting from the reason and background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research subject are drawn.Since there are relatively few cases and documents related to film architecture and industrial heritage renovation design,the author consults the literature from two aspects of industrial heritage renovation and film architecture,and summarizes the relationship between the two by himself.Due to the two aspects of the design perspective and the case,the research object and related concepts are briefly introduced first.Finally,the research methods and framework of this article are sorted out.The second part expounds the research perspective of the thesis--Cinematic Architecture,expands from the concept analysis,explains what is Cinematic Architecture from three dimensions--space structure,time structure and the narrative after the space-time structural combination,provides a theoretical foundation for the following thesis.The third part analyzes the application of the Cinematic Architecture in the reconstruction of Changchun Tractor Factory and industry architecture,introduces the theme of the reconstruction,the narrative of the reconstruction space,the narrative expression of architectural elements,and the editing techniques that may used in the reconstruction.The forth part shows the “cinematic language” in factory area planning of Changchun Tractor Factory reconstruction and design scheme of the core architecture reconstruction.This article uses a new architectural viewpoint to study the transformation design of Changchun Tractor Factory,a difficult point in the transformation of Changchun’s industrial heritage,hoping to provide it with a new design method,a design method closer to people.
