Urban water spaces are the precondition and foundation of scientifically promoting the city function and its competition capability,improving the habitat environment and the investment climate,and achieving the sustainable development for a city. It is an important city space resources, is an important symbol of the embodiment of urban resources, ecological environment and landscape quality . Healthy and vigorous water spaces and landscapes are the emphases for assuring the coordinating development of'"human,water,city and nature"and the necessary condition for achieving urban sound development.Has always been the focus and highlights of urban planning and design,More and more local governments put the tourism development of the water which as the basis of landscape resources of water space of innercity lake to the height of urban development strategy.Of course, space development and utilization of the water space of innercity lake is an opportunity to enhance or reshape the city's image, provide more jobs.
