| Rapid urbanization in small towns is a major concern in the process of future development in China. Nowadays, with increasing earthquakes, disaster reaction in small towns is facing a huge challenge. Green spaces play a key role in earthquake, secondary disaster and reconstruction after earthquake. Therefore, green space system planning for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction in small towns is an important guarantee in the process of urbanization, also, it has significant meanings for urban security.Based on the dangers and functions of earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction for earthquake and secondary disaster, this research analyzed the differences in urban green space system planning for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction among small towns, cities and villages due to various carrying objectives. This study applies omestic and abroad theories, policies and regulations, discusses the urban green space system planning for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction based on the master plan and urban green space system in small towns. Also, this study highlightes the suitability analysis in green space for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction. Combining with non-green space for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction, this study qualify, locate, and quantify the green space for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction in three different layouts:administrative region, planning area and built-up area, formulate urban green space system for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction which is connected, hierarchical, suitable for disaster and normal, flexible and characteristic. This study is striving for the awake and construction of urban green space system planning for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction. |
