As a natural disaster, the world has suffered tremendous casualty and property loss byearthquake. With more and more earthquake hit China and the severe situation, request forstrengthening the function for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction in the city, in thegreen space system, especially in Comprehensive Park is raised.Urban Comprehensive Park can provide prevention before earthquake, shelter, rescue andplaces for urban regeneration. It is a crucial carrier for urgent, stable, and center green space forearthquake resistance and hazardous reduction. Yet with distinctive complicated reasons-remotelocation, damaged traffic, insufficient facility and falling buildings, the function of earthquakeresistance and hazardous reduction cannot realize. Quantitative analysis is necessary for theearthquake resistance and hazardous reduction.This paper starts from basic concept, studies the comprehensive park, comprehensive park forEarthquake Resistance and Hazardous Reduction, suitability, suitability of comprehensive parkfor Earthquake Resistance and Hazardous Reduction. Site investigation and expert reviewmethods are employed to list all the related possible influencing factors of earthquake resistanceand hazardous reduction.Through expert review, questionnaire collection, the study for pair comparison is conducted.By applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Mathematics, models are processedfor the data, different weights are generated, and the weight chart and structure is formed forsuitability analysis for comprehensive park earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction.Different factors are scored in9different levels, through overlaying factors with weight relations,the final scores are developed for suitability analysis.For case study, Comprehensive Park in Luan County, Hebei Province is taken as the researchobject. After applying the method, conclusion is generated as the suitability is below average,corresponding planning, design and maintenance suggestions are developed.
