Therefore, there is a good future for the investigation.Manchu is a nation that skilled in study and innovate to accelerate their development. They absorb elite from multinational culture, added it to their own. Ultimately formed and enriched the unique culture phenomena and folk-custom configuration of Manchuria national community in history. As time goes by, since Manchu governed China, many symbols and culture elements of Manchu had been fully integrated into Chinese culture, such as Cheongsam, sleeveless jacket, Man-Han Banquet, Manchu and Shenyang Imperial City, etc. It was really hard to bring to mind that they belonged to Manchu. National community of Manchu was formed in early Qing Dynasty. Its members was consisted of the Jurchen tribes, who lived in the territory from the Northeast part to the East Sea of China at that time, and some of the Mongolian, Han and Korean people who also dwelt there. Manchu has a long history, and it is the earliest recorded minority in document. Their ancestors Sushen people could be traced back to the era from Zhou to Qin Dynasty. Therefore, the investigation of Manchu decoration art in Northeast part of China is practical and valuable.This paper mainly took the representative Manchu architectural decorative arts of Shenyang and Jilin as main line to study. Refined the art of Manchu decoration through a great deal of documents, photograph data and on-the-spot investigation. Analysis the application of Manchu decoration art from the study of effective region environment to the architecture decoration art, interior decoration art, grain pattern, color and the study of cases. Tried to apply the Manchu decoration art to modern interior design by the three kinds of method of traditional interior design.The spirit symbol in Manchu decoration art not only embodied its interior space feature but also acceptable to its appreciator. The lack of abundant materials for Manchu interior decoration limited the inheritor and development of Manchu decoration art.
