The Composition Of Vernacular Landscape Selements And Application Analysis Of Shanxi Province Guanzhong Region

Vernacular landscapes are the embodiment of geographical features and local culture, which can directly show original geographical features and express local culture. Because Guanzhong region has rich local elements and profound culture, we can integrate and refine the local elements to build Vernacular landscapes of geographical features through the right way of landscape design. This method is much easier to strike a chore.The vernacular landscape elements that this thesis researches and applies are rearranged and analyzed and refined from landscape point. What's more, it is inherited and preserved as the precious wealth of landscape design. There are two purposes of the research: the one is to show the geographical features and make people thoroughly and deeper understand of local custom of Guandong region. The other is to provide basic material for the next protection and design of Guanzhong region local elements. vernacular landscapes reflect the process of local people adapt local regional climate, nature and humanity. There are many materials provided to the designers, such as mountains, rivers, plants, buildings, folks, fork art and so on.Though theory with practice, this thesis combines varies research methods including document research, classification and summary, spot investigation, case analysis and so on. It also collects and arranges elements such as landform, climate characteristics, local plants, local buildings, historical culture, folks, folk art, farming art and so on. These elements are classified and refine landscape characteristics through gardens elements (mountains and rivers, plants, buildings, landform, culture). Then, we make the simple application analysis. Finally, it combines the present condition and concludes the six strategies of the application Guanzhong region local elements in the landscape design. They are integrate the system of Guanzhong historical culture, develop the profound forming art of Guanzhong region, build new countryside landscape of Guanzhong region, optimize Wei river and other rivers nature scape, expand the plants culture landscape of Guandong region, develop new application forms of local elements...
