Taking the Da Wujiang super large span bridge as the engineering background, this paper analysed construction monitoring of the bridge's whole construction process, and simulation calculation was carried out to discuss the dynamic process of construction. The main work the thesis concerns is as follows:1. This paper introduced simulation calculation of cantilever casting process in situ of Da Wujiang bridge and accomplishment of line shape control theory in real project. With comparison of theoretical value and measured value, it is to draw the general principles of the main beam deflection. This paper will draw some meaningful principles to accumulate experience for design and construction of similar bridges.2. This paper will make a numerical analysis of the bridge's hydration heat of mass concrete and draw a set of convenient construction methods with variation of connection ways of cooling pipe and concrete mix proportion; these methods effectively prevente generation of temperature crack of pile cap and provide references for casting similar volume concrete.3. The pre-stressed reinforced concrete box girders of Da Wujiang Bridge are of single cell and single box sections. The continuous girder adopts three-dimensional prestress; there are two stages in tensioning longitudinal prestressing strands; the tensioned strands in the earlier stage include bent-down bars in web plate and straight bars in top plate; construction technology for duct grouting by vacuum method. The brideg has the characteristics of high pier, long span, narrow deck and great difficulty in construction, so it is necessary to summarize key construction techniques systematically to accumulate experience for design and construction of similar bridges.
