With the rapid development of Electric power industry, the Electric heat tracing products have been widely used in the industry of oil, iron, steel, electric power, transportation, buildings and so on. The technology of the Electric heat tracing has the advantages of fast construction speed and high quality. Based on the above superiorities, the article has studied the curing technology using Electric heat tracing of the Cast-in-situ concrete in winter, intending to solve the question which the traditional method can’t solve under the condition of the low temperature, tight schedule and high quality requirements. This main research work is as follows:(1) This paper considers a variety of factors to the Cast-in-situ concrete during the period of curing in winter. Using the heat balance equation, through formula deduction and calculation, finally, the concrete temperature-time curve during the process of curing in winter is obtained.(2) Based on the theoretical calculation, this paper mainly uses the large finite element software ANSYS, establishing the finite element calculation model of the Electric heat tracing of the Cast-in-situ concrete in winter. It summarizes distribution of temperature and stress of the concrete under the curing of the Electric heating trace, and a set of ANSYS command stream applying for this new technology, laying a solid foundation to the application of this technology for once again.(3) In this paper, based on statistical analysis of meteorological data, we analyze the special organization test section. Through the comparison and analysis of test results data, finite element simulation data and theoretical calculation, arguing the calculation method of finite element and theory, it proves the feasibility of this technology.(4) Finally, the paper has the induction and summary of the arrangement and related control measures of Beijing Yan Xihu west lake international convention and exhibition center project in detail, which can be regarded as the guidance of similar projects in the future. At the same time, through comparing various concrete curing methods, the paper analyzes the economic benefits of the project. It concludes that the technique applied to this engineering increases larger profit for the enterprise.In a word, in the paper, this technical research results are identical to the measured results, and the research results open up new areas for the application of Electric heating trace. It provides theoretical support for the curing technology using Electric heat tracing of the Cast-in-situ concrete in winter, provides a reference for the similar projects in the future and has a certain theoretical significance and use value.
