| Compared with three-phase induction machine, the multi-phase induction machines have many advantages such as high reliability and reducing the amplitude of torque pulsation. Multi-phase motor drive system has the advantages such as high power, high reliability and low dc power supply, however, DSP-based digital control system has become a trend, a good experimental platform is the basis of a high performance control system.First, the thesis analyzes the six-phase induction motor dynamic mathematical model, based on the understand of the six-phase induction motor windings. According to the principle of electromechanical energy conversion, established the dynamic mathematical model of 6-phase inductive motor in natural base. Combined with three-phase motor vector control method to establish a six-phase motor vector control scheme.In the vector control algorithm, the parameters of the motor is very strict requirements, if the motor parameters does not match the actual motor, it will decrease the dynamic performance of the motor which causes the electromagnetic torque oscillations. This paper applys the six-phase motor model, measuring the stator resistance by DC test, measuring the rotor resistance, stator,rotor leakage inductance by single-phase locked rotor test, measuring motor's mutual inductance by load test.Using their own resourse to complete the measurement of motor of motor parameters.it is simple and practical and toprovide parameter for control algorithm.Realize the motor control hardware platform, provide a good experimental platform for Six-phase motor 7.5 kW. Motor controller design is divided into primary circuit design and control circuit, main circuit including the rectifier circuit and inverter circuit, control circuit including DSP micro-controller control circuit. The drive circuit of the main circuit, Power supply circuit and the signal acquisition circuit. after tests,it is proved that the hardware has a good effect of interference and control. |
