Integrated Control System Of Electronic Heating For Intelligent Building

Recent years, geothermal heating becomes a new kind of supply of heat in our country. In this system,the heating controller controls the geothermal cable to heat. Compared with the traditional water heating system, it is eco-friendly, energy saving, economical and safe. But in current geothermal heating system, it mostly uses a single heating controller to control a single geothermal cable. So comprehensive controlling and governing can not achieve.In this paper, the controlling system is based on the geothermal heating equipment. The man-machine software in the central computer controls all of the heating controllers in the geothermal heating system overall. The software in the central computer can set the working parameters and record state parameters. The central computer and the heating controllers communicate by the serial port on the backplane of the central computer. The signal passes by the RS422 bus of full-duplex mode and anti-interference interface. The bus works in the way of timeshare inspection. Finally, the heating controllers control the geothermal cable to heat. The communication net increases the number of ports by the 8-port hubs. The amount of the heating controllers can add up to over 30,000. The main task of this paper is as follow. First, according to the structure and function characteristics of the hubs and heating controllers, design the topological structure of the communication net and provide the solution of engineering realization. Then according to the characteristics of the hardware equipment and the communication protocol, design the controlling software by the software C# of Visual Studio 2008 and design the database by the database software SQL 2005. The database can store the data of working parameters and state parameters. The function of the software are setting the building information, registering the heating controllers, scanning of the route, setting the temperature parameters, setting the calendar, setting the interval of inspection, setting the alarm parameters, setting the serial port parameters, division management of the heating controllers, testing of the heating controllers, inquiring the information of heating controllers, running of the system, opening and closing of the heating controllers, index of the hardware net, showing the curve of temperature, showing the curve of power, statistics of the electricity consumption and showing the system state. Finally, provide another solution. Design a controller and show its schematic PCB diagram. In the condition of none central computer, it controls the heating controllers net overall.
