The return difference of the reducer is one of the important factors affecting the transmission precision of the reducer,and the size of the return difference will directly affect the overall transmission performance of the reducer.Can increase the number of teeth on the gears mesh at the same time to compensate lateral clearance between the gear pair,improve both sexual and planetary gear transmission system of transmission,reduce the return difference and improve the transmission accuracy of gear reducer.In this paper,a kind of planetary gear transmission system is designed,and its structure is designed according to the technical requirements.The force of each gear is analyzed by theoretical calculation,and the strength of key parts such as gear and planetary frame is checked.The strength simulation and modal analysis are carried out on key components such as gears and planetary frames with ANSYS software.Through theoretical calculation,theoretical analysis is carried out for the transmission system.Dynamic analysis and simulation of planetary transmission system with ADAMS software.According to the technical requirements of gear transmission of parallel uniform planetary gear,were analyzed for computing gear,transmission form,transmission ratio,the assembly condition calculation,determine the various gear,shaft,planetary frame,the design parameters of main components such as stand;Through the theoretical calculation,the contact strength and the tooth root bending strength of the solar wheel and the planetary wheel were analyzed.This paper designs a three-wall integral planetary frame which can meet the double row planetary gear installation,and analyzes the shape variable and the skew Angle of the planetary frame by theoretical calculation.By means of finite element analysis,the contact strength of the solar wheel and the planetary wheel and the bending strength of the tooth root were analyzed.The force analysis of the three-wall monolithic planetary frame is carried out,and the shape variables of the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation values.Modal analysis is carried out on the gear system part of the transmission system,the three-wall integral planetary frame,the input terminal transmission shaft system and the input shaft.Considering the gear eccentric error and work load for the influence of the return difference planetary transmission system,planetary transmission system by using the method of probability and statistics return difference formula of calculation and analysis of the transmission system back to the poor.In this paper,the relationship between the eccentric error and the return difference of the gear transmission system is analyzed.The dynamic simulation of the transmission system is carried out through ADAMS software,and the simulation results are analyzed.Based on the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,the conclusion of the theory analysis of the planetary transmission system is verified.The design of gear transmission of parallel uniform planetary gear is less than the traditional NGW planetary transmission system,which has the characteristics of small return difference,high transmission accuracy and good driving stability. |
