Along with the fast development of market economy in our country, trade increment and the significant improvement of the movement condition of highway, the auto industry has advanced rapidly.The vehicle of different types driving on highway resulted in different degrees damage to road.The road structure suffered damage seriously by the increment of huge traffic volume and vehicle loads,the damage is too serious to cause the road produced break of the different degree in early days.This text investigated and analyzed traffic flow carry in Henan Province and Shangqiu firstly, surveyed traffic flow of main road partly in Shangqiu, and got composing of main road's traffic flow in Shangqiu.Because the size of traffic flow on over loading road can't reflect objectively the harm come from vehicle. Heavy load equivalent conversion go beyond the normal scope of axial-load conversion,it must come into being biggish error to convert according to normative method to convert certanly as a result it is necessary to carry on a research to it, in order to accurately reflect influence of heavy load in road design.This text carried on inquisition of vehicle axial-load weight on main lines in Henan province,made sure road inflection of each kind of main axial-load type,it provided a theories basis for the asphalt pavement structure design.
