Based on the basis of investigation the collapsible loess foundation treatment technology processing method and impact compaction technology, study the collapsible loess region characteristics and impact compaction roller work principle,the impact compaction test research of Xuan-Da highway in hebei province, the paper analyses the impact compaction technology of subgrade treatment principle, process and construction quality control and compaction and the degree of compaction, the influencing depth, California bearing ratio. Comparative analysis the collapsible loess foundation reinforcement principles, the reinforcement effect, technical feasibility and economic benefits on dynamic compaction, lime Pile and prewetting method .Obtained the following conclusions:1. Using the impact compaction technology on collapsible loess area can effectively reduce the collapsible loess collapse deformation, lower permeability of soil, improve the intensity of subgrade.2. Using impact compaction technology on collapsible loess foundation treatment the effective treatment depth is often less than 100 centimeter, with 30 times or advisable. This technique is applied in the shallow collapsible loess foundation projects, especially suitable for ground treatment in highway, railway, airport project, etc.3. For Layered subgrade compaction,each location compaction reached the standard, the optimal combination punching subgrade for pseudo thickness 80 centimeter, stamping 40 times. Due to the large subgrade layer thickness, so high efficiency and lower cost of the traditional subgrade compaction technology.4. Impact compaction technology compared with other Foundation Treatment, it is simple process, construction speed, handling, and low cost, high efficiency. Which can improve the work efficiency of 5 ~ 6 times, but with more shallow depth of ground treatment.5. Compared with ordinary compaction machine on the subgrade compaction, the same volume of soil in the same degree of compaction, impact compaction technology can save 1/8-1/4 of the cost, and can effectively save construction period.
