A Study On Healthy Community Outdoor Environment Based On Ecological Aethetics And Ecological Perception

Through the ages, the search of eternal health is the ever lasting endeavor of human kind. Every common person longs for both a healthy body and a healthy spirit. With the deterioration of global environment, our country is also facing the very serious environmental problems. And also, along with the rapid urbanized development, environmental pollution seriously impacts the residents'health. To build a healthy residential environment is becoming more and more important and pressing.In October, 2007, we proposed that"ecology civilization"is the new target and requirement in construction of socialism affluent society. Ecological aesthetics has been an important component of ecological theory, which symbolizes the transition of contemporary philosophy and aesthetics from epistemology to ontology, from the center to the whole human ecological. Ecological perception theory explains the internal process of ecological aesthetic experience. And the internal process of ecological aesthetic experience has aesthetic significance of life. The ecological aesthetic experience surpasses the limitation of the traditional aesthetic activities on environment experience. What the ecological health mainly represents is to realize the symbiosis between man and nature, achieving the "poetic dwelling", finding the aesthetic ideal of "home consciousness "and "place consciousness", and developing the unity and health of body and mind.In this paper, the research based on the contents of ecological esthetics and psychology, discusses the design principles of healthy outdoor living environment, sorts out how the ecological aesthetic displaying its operational and practical guidance, explores the design methods of improving the urban community outdoor environment, summarizing the mature domestic and abroad practical experiences, thus making a better guidance to the design practices.
