Public buildings is basic place of human activity, and it is the important link ofenergy consumption. With our country's economic and social development, thegas-guzzling problem of public buildings is increasing. The energy savingreconstruction task of public buildings is very heavy. And energy conservation andemission reduction in China during the 11th "five-year" plan is one of the importantand the arduous work.It's indispensable part in implementing the scientificdevelopment view, and constructing "resource-saving and environment-friendly"harmonious society's .In view of the problems of present heating system, such as poor management andpublic building energy efficiency, this article designs the controlling system and theoptimum managing system . It realizes integrated adjustment in public buildingheating,using heat exchanger station control and control center control combinationmethod.ACX32 is seleeted in the system to monitor and control the values of thesupplied and regurgitant water of the first-net and second-net such as temperature,pressure.It obtains the best control scheme to realize to supply temperature control byadjusting first-nets of electric valve opening degree.In addition,with the conditionthat the users in the same heating area have differences in time of the heat use,regional divided time heating strategy is utilized and intellectual regional heatingcontroller is designed. Through controlling intercepting valve in each building,Thevalve is regulated so as to make sure that heatean be fed back to heat-net when it isnot needed,to improve temperature of returning water in the second-network , and itreduces heat quantity, and achieves the purpose of saving energy.Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is designed for pipingpressure and temperature parameter acquisition and through GPRS sending them backto control center. The man-machine interface is designed by using kingview.So it'smore intuitive that managers in heat exchange station control adopts remotecontrol.It's convenient to inquires the whole heating system parameters of real-timedata and historical data. According to the data of feedback reasonable and effectivemanagement not only can adjusts heating system,but also can confire and processtimely alarm message, and can realize to control intellectual regional heatingeontroller in every building through controlling center. In order to reduce the expense of heat on the basis of keeping the usertemperature, aceording to outside temperature calculating supplied water temperatureof the second-net , heat exchanger station adjust first-net solenoid valves opendegrees.Frequeney eonversion timing is adopted in eireulating pum peontrol is thatthe system control ability is improved.Furthermore,the energy and eleetrieity Power issaved.To optimize the system SCADA not only save manpower and materialresources, and have the very good economic and social benefits, but also greatlyimprove the system monitoring of real-time, accuracy.
