Analysis And Design Of Building Energy Regulation System

The application of building energy monitor system provides an effective mean tc the building owners for energy regulation and energy saving. This system is expected tc provide theoretical basis for further energy saving transformation based on building energy consumption monitor through analysis on the characteristics of building energy consumptions.The paper first analyzes the requirements for energy saving documents;followed by the analysis of the characteristics of building energy consumption, then forms the functional requirements of building energy regulatory system based on the analysis results; finally it begins to design the system, the system mainly includes five modules, the paper analyzes some modules in the building energy monitor system selectively, focusing on three critical parts including data acquisition, processing and storage; data statistics and analysis; and data release and remote transmission, to realize effective energy-saving and improve the management on building energy consumption based on the data real-time monitored.The application of the system provides a reference of energy research, design, and construction for building owners, research institutes, design and project implementation units. It provides accurate energy consumption data and decision basis for building energy consumption statistics, auditing, publicity, regulatory and law enforcement.
