Contactor is a frequent long-distance on and offthe main circuit AC and DC control circuitsand large-capacity machines In this paper,the dynamic and static characteristics forelectromagnetic of DC contactor aJ'e studied using Ansofl Maxwell 3d,Main studies are asfollows:1)The 3D finite element model of DC contactor with a two-coil was established themagnetic field distribution and grid subdivision of DC contactor electromagnetic induction w-asgiven2)The characteristic of static magnetic force under different voltage w-as aaalyzed and thecoordination between static magnetic force and spring force w-as researched3)The dynamic characteristic of DC contactor with a two-coil was analyzed characteristics ofthe process of displacement,speed characteristics,current chaxacteristicsof diffetent coil voltagewere calculated and analyzed4)Contactors is optimized for the design of core radius internal coil turns.extemal coilturns The contactor is optimized by three factors and three levels of orthogonN test and w-e canfind optimal parameters ofthe contactor.The contactor model for electromagnet is analyzed and sitimulated by using Maxwell basedon the finite method,and then giving the right parameter design of DC contactor,aaad thencosting saving,shortening oprating time,reducing contact damage and increasing contact life Theresearch for contactor prototype with a two-coil development and design has a certain guidingsignificance...
