With the high development of economy, co-ordination of supply and demand of energy and environmental pollution worsen year by year. Ground-water heat pump (GWHP) emerge as the times require with its advantages that energy efficiency and environmental protection, which is a perfect"green techniques". Nowadays, the technique expand rapidly in our country, and the projects of the GWHP system applied widely. The key that to promote the technique more is the economical efficiency and the energy saving property. Theoretically, the system is energy-efficient, while whether the practical applications are conserve energy as in theory or not is influenced by various kinds of factors. For instance, as a result of different regions or different working conditions, the energy saving effects of the systems are different. Sometimes the energy saving effect maybe not very obvious even could not conserve energy at all. There are little areas that use the technique blindness without the practical situations of their projects, which always produce exactly the opposite results. Consequently, only consider the system in the practical situations that can we determine its energy conservation more accuratly and deeply.This thesis mainly research the use of GWHP system in Nanchang central tax office buliding. The main research contents as follows:(1)Combined with the practical project, analyzes the problems in system design and construction, and proposes the corresponding measures. Disscusses the environmental benefit and influence of GWHP system. Points out the only effective measure to slove the geological environmental issues is to guarantee the ground-water recharge.(2)Combined with the analyse of COP, disscusses the efficiency of exergy of the system. From the standpoint of system design, mainly investigates the optimal operating mode, and proposes the way to determine it. Then presents the energy-saving measures, for instance, the frequency control of pumps and large temperature difference little discharge technology groundwater section.(3)In the practical project application, combined economical efficiency of the GWHP system with water chiller & gas heating device, fire-directed lithium bromide absorption cold&hot water system, air-cooled heat pump unit in the sutdy. With the economical efficiency analysis of each scheme, when the energy-saving efficiency start to drop are studied in the thesis, and reach a conclusion which scheme is superior in economy and operation.Through the research and analysis of the GWHP system, definites its feasibility and superiority. Points out it will more energy-efficent combined with scientific and rational design, construction and operations management, which will cause the extensive development and application.
