With high development and utilization value,shallow geothermal energy takes on a certain number of central air conditioning system market share of the rapid development in recent years.Ground source heat pump air conditioning system due to its high efficiency and energy saving,one machine and more significant economic benefits and other advantages are consistent in hotels,hospitals and other public places.However,with the increase in the use of ground source heat pump air conditioning system,there have been a variety of problems: winter heating effect reduced gradually,higher cumulative pumping capacity harmed geology,the difference of cold and heat load in winter and summer formed the phenomenon of the underground heat unbalance.This research aim at the water source heat pump system of a certain hotel integrated building,and these researches have been done:(1)De ST energy consumption simulation software is used to simulate the cooling and heating load of the air conditioning system in the building,the actual design and simulation results are compared,it is found that the engineering design parameters are too large and so on.(2)An engineering example is researched,and the operation conditions and air conditioning in winter zone are tested.The problem of the compressor of the unit is found to cause lower system COP and the gravity recharge resulted in low efficiency.(3)The amount of hot water consumption of the hotel is calculated detaily,through the test of the operation status of the heat pump units in summer,the heat recovery unit is selected,and the condensation heat recovery scheme is formulated.TRNSYS simulation analysis software is used to compare and simulate the differences of condensing heat recovery scheme and the before traditional hot water supply mode.The initial investment and investment return period of the two schemes are calculated.Through the simulations and testing researches,hope that references for the energy saving reconstruction of water source heat pump system and the application and popularization of condensing heat recovery technology in practical engineering are given.
