The shield tunnelling machine is a type of complicated engineering equipment that iswidely applied in the underground tunnel excavation, which is related with subjects ofmachinery,electronics,hydraulics, measurement and control. Propulsion system is the premiseof the correct control design of shield tunneling along the route of the correct. Propulsionsystem of hydraulic cylinder is usually installed way is to promote hydraulic cylinder bodyparallel with shield. But the shield thrusting attitude control error is large more by theinfluence of around earth pressure and stress.This article based on 2×6-SPS shield thrust mechanic, and combining parallel mechanism ofkinematics and dynamics theory, mainly research in the following several aspects.1. Expound this topic research background and significance, and expound the development courseof shield tunnelling machine, research status. Poseing the main research contents.2. Design the structure size of thrust mechanic, and establish institutions of 3D model.Researching the position, velocity and acceleration of propelling mechanism's general expression bythe parallel mechanism kinematic theory, foundation the theoretical basis for static stiffness and dynamicanalysis.3. Theoretical analysis of the hydraulic cylinder and static stiffness model with shield entityhydraulic cylinder for research object. Research of the hydraulic cylinder contact problem ofthe static stiffness, considering the joint and the hydraulic oil deformation etc. obtained thelinear relationship between the stiffness and stress under the influence of ball joint in contact.4. Based on the generalized coordinates of Newton - Euler method, research the stressanalysis of component and individual component of Newton - euler equations. and based onthe principle of virtual work, eliminate the system dynamics equation of the ideal hingeconstraint force, obtained system dynamics equation consistent with generalized coordinates.5. Based on ANSYS modal analysis, research the resonance frequency and vibrationmodel of hydraulic cylinder and thrust mechanic, obtained propelling mechanism unstable vibrationfrequency and vibration of the possible failure.Through the ADAMS software, research propellingmechanism vibration response under the load inspire.
