Statistics show that the resources consumption of life cycle of building reach the world total resources consumption of about 50%.Pollution and carbon emissions were produced by building also account for about 50% of the total amount of the world. Therefore, it is necessary that energy conservation and emission reduction should focus on the life cycle of building and the energy efficiency was improved. In Guizhou province, some city is hot in summer, but all of city is cold and wet in winter. Considering of residential building indoor thermal environment, some measures must be adopted to keep a comfortable indoor thermal environment.Residential buildings were selected as the research object in the four cities of Guizhou province. The model of six-storey residential building was set up. The effect of building envelope, external shading, different thermal performance of glass, roof and window to wall ratio on building energy consumption was analyzed by energy consumption software VisualDOE4.0. In general, exterior wall thermal insulation can decrease building annual energy consumption and keep a relative comfortable environment in the room. The effect of energy efficiency is very significant if improve the thermal performance of the glass and use movable external shading. Roof thermal performance has great effect on the top level room's energy consumption.By orthogonal experimental design, energy-saving effect of different component of envelopes combination schemes was analyzed. Besides that, energy saving effect of air conditioning with different air change rates in July and August in summer was researched.Meanwhile, according to measurement data of two comparison cubicle, one was basic cubicle and one was energy efficiency cubicle, Energy efficiency cubicle energy-saving effect of experiment and simulation were analyzed. Results show that Simulation results are accordant with measurement results. It is fully verified the correctness of simulation calculations. It verifies the reliability of the simulation software using the comparison of simulation results and energy consumption index.The aim of passive research is at the cases of without the help of the active means, using passive means reduce the indoor poor environment in the bad environment as far as possible. The other purpose is, depending on passive means, making the room reach the comfort or acceptable thermal environment are realized. By using of software Climate Consultant, this paper analysis the design potential of four design strategies, they are the high thermal mass, the high thermal mass plus night flushed, the natural ventilation and the fan-forced ventilation cooling, and also analysis the total year design potential of the four design strategies were adopted. The results show that when the four design strategies are adopted, for the four cities in Guizhou province, total year design potential ( the total effective time percent) are as follows: the design potential of Bijie is 19.8%, it is 36.0% in Guiyang, it is 28.3% in Xingyi and it is 25.9% in Zunyi.Finally, the natural temperature in the room was studied, which reflects synthesize regulation of the envelope as to outside weather and the use of building. Using the software VisualDOE4.0, the influence of the different thermal performance of the external wall, Windows, roof on natural room temperature were present. |
