Ancillary services is a service which maintain the transport of energy safely and ensure the stable operation of power system. With the deepening reform of the electricity market, ancillary services are not only necessary to ensure healthy and stable development of the power grid, but also an important part of the power market system. However, for a long period of time, power station provide a number of ancillary services which are necessary to the buyers of the market. In order to encourage market participants to provide high quality ancillary services, while reducing service costs and supporting various elements to established a evaluation system of ancillary services becomes an important question.This paper summarizes the domestic and international research and experience about ancillary services in the same power grid, and proposes some of the management and operation problem which need to pay attention in the domestic electricity market environment, especially in the early time of ancillary services market. The article introduces the basic concepts of ancillary services, classification, assessment indicators and influence factors of the composition of the ancillary services and ancillary services in the electricity market under the framework. Then, according to relevant documents, we establish a quality assessment system of ancillary services, and analysis the evaluation and compensation model, and put forward a number of development suggestions. This paper presents a method based on combination of ancillary services enabling quality evaluation method. First of all, through the single enabling weighr methods, we get the weight matrix of indicators, and then use probability and statistics combining fuzzy mathematics method to assess the quality of the ancillary services. This paper also designed a ancillary services operation and management system to achieve the power grid sector support evaluation of ancillary services and scientific scheduling. Finally, focusing on how to ensure the quality of ancillary services under the premise of reducing the cost of ancillary services and enhance the ancillary services market, some of these research were discussed.
