The traditional auxiliary services only aim at some power plants on the power generation side, and make them participate in the auxiliary services of the power market, such as frequency modulation and voltage regulation.Residential distributed energy systems, such as solar power, wind power and diesel power generation, and other distributed energy generation systems, have been continuously developed and applied in residential users. If these residential distributed energies can be fully utilized and discharged uniformly according to the characteristics of distributed energy,it can be achieved,in a way,to track the load, effectively improve the safety and stability of power grid operation, and promote the development of environmental protection work in china. On this basis, residential distributed energy communication network was firstly designed to transmit signals through two communication networks,Home LAN and tele communication network.Home LAN is mainly aimed at the communication between the demand side ancillary service station and the distributed energy controller as well as the user terminal.Tele communication network is mainly for the communication between the auxiliary service master station and auxiliary service sub-station in demand side. Then based on two ways of Power Line Carrier Communications(PLCC)and wireless communication, resident distributed energy controller is designed. The hardware circuit includes a control unit,charge-discharge control circuit, the distributed energy and batteries. The adopted PLCC mode makes use of the existing electric power construction, effectively reduces the investment in establishing a new communication network, while the wireless communication mode is free from the bondage of the wired medium and the location is flexible and convenient. Then, the work mode, function implementation and the composition of the scheme are studied. The residential distributed energy system consists of two parts: the demand side auxiliary service sub-station and the residential distributed energy controller, auxiliary service information by the auxiliary service control module in the control, through the communication network transmission to the residents of the energy system controller;and the controller for charging and discharging and distributed energy generation control of the battery, the residents of distributed energy system for ancillary service. The auxiliary service information is controlled by the control module in the auxiliary service sub-station,and is communicated to the residential energy system controller through the communication network.Through the controller, the battery is charged and discharged, and the generation control of the distributed energy is realized, and the resident distributed energy system participates in the auxiliary service. Finally, combined with the function and characteristics of resident users' distributed energy sources, the resident users of various distributed energy sources are classified. With examples of residential distributed energy system with battery and residential distributed energy system without battery, ancillary service control strategies for photovoltaic power generation systems, wind power generation systems and diesel generator systems are proposed.Through research, the scheme and architecture of residential distributed energy control system are designed. This makes it more suitable for residents to participate in the power grid ancillary services and has guiding significance for the construction of residential distributed energy system.
