The maintenance cost and the loss of equipment failure has a large ratio in the cost of the enterprise. So, the rational choice of maintenance strategy and high reliability of equipments has the extremely vital significance to decrease the cost of enterprise.For single equipment, it is easy to obtain its faults moment and fault time interval. This paper firstly use equipment failure time interval as the research object, and preliminary analysis the data distribution model. For getting the distribution model parameter values, the probability paper is introduced to select a probability model, and Linear regression method is adopted to estimate the selection of parameter model. Finally, the K-S testing method for goodness-of-fit testing is adopted to verity the effectiveness of the income of distribution model.Then for the series-parallel machining line consisting of several equipments, it is necessary to minimize the overall maintenance cost under the constraint of single cycle production lot. During the maintenance decision-making process, three types of maintenance actions: minimal repair, preventive maintenance and overhaul are taken into account, and the maintenance time length is limited. By calculating the expected production size in different maintenance actions for each equipment, the maintenance decision-making model is set up. Based on the memetic algorithm theory, the algorithm integrating the genetic algorithm and tabu search is realized. The case study proves that the approximate optimal solution can be fast obtained by means of this approach.For the enterprise's actual situation, from the theory of single cycle production lot constraint, this paper studies the restriction of mathematical optimization model and analysis algorithm under the constraint of multiple cycle production lot. With two cycle production batch constraints as an example, compare to single cycle production lot constraint model, the study proves that this method is feasible and effective.Based on the selective maintenance strategy, this paper establishes a selective maintenance decision system. The system can analyze arbitrary series-parallel manufacturing system, get the optimal strategy of maintenance under the constraint of two cycle production lot to offer reference for the maintenance policy of production line.
