With simple structure, high reliability, easy maintenance and a series of advantages, Screw compressor has been widely used in refrigeration & air conditioning, oil and chemical industries. The oil system of LG20Ⅲtype compressor, which is researched in this paper has universal design. It is suitable for various conditions and all kinds of refrigerant, but the amount of oil was abviously too much. Therefore this paper is focus on reducing the amount of oil to lessen the consumption of compressor with the guarantee of the best COP. There is no related reports as yet both at home and abroad.It is adopts steay methord to establish thermodynamic model, combining with structure parameters to calculate oil system parameters of screw compressor. It can get evaporation temperature, compressor adiabatic efficiency, the relationship between evaporation temperature and oil-injection quantity.And compared with experimental data s shows that the correctness of the model.The oil-injected quantity of screw compressor consists of oil in inspiratory side, oil-injection and oil in exhaustside. Through the simulation decreasing the hole diameter, balance piston clearance and exhaustside gap, calculation decreasing compressors energy consumption under different working conditions. Through optimize and design the structure of compressor in high evaporating temperature condition, it is known that the influence of energy consumption is not obvious. At this time should use other optimization methods. Due to relations with oil-injected diameter, oin-injected quantity and oil-injected temperature,it must consider the relation witn them. When LG20Ⅲtype compressor in low evaporating temperature condition, its injection quantity shoulds not be greater than 163 l /min. Oil-injected diameter changes exponentially. For LG20Ⅲtype compressor its injection temperature should be greater than 46℃.This paper is research the optimization of structural parameters in screw compressor in different evaporating temperature conditions, it dosen't consider external oil systems. Such as oil separator etc. in this model are use pressure loss is calculated, and subsequent research can research these.
