Air compressor is essential compressed air equipment in modern society.Now the use of screw air compressor is very extensive,and in coal,mining,metal smelting,electrical electronics,civil engineering,petrochemical industry,medical equipment and defense industry are indispensable air power equipment.Compared with other kinds of air compressor,the screw air compressor can produce high air volume,reliable operation,low noise and low vibration,which can meet the requirement of varying pressure and flow rate.The screw type air compressor is made up of the screw rotor,power plant,oil,gas,oil and gas separation,cooling and drainage device,control system,circuit and control system.The screw rotor is the core component of the air compressor,and its performance is directly affected by the performance of the compressor.At present,for the rotor profile of the teeth between the area,the volume of teeth,the formation of meshing lines and the calculation of internal leakage generally lagged behind abroad,domestic research and development of the new type of rotor is still in the imitation and catch-up stage.As our country attaches importance to technological innovation,domestic research and exploration is also begun,especially about the calculation and design of rotor profiles.This paper studies the working principle and working flow of the rotor;The important factors affecting rotor performance are discussed in depth,include the interlock area of the yin-yang rotor,the internal leakage of the rotor of the twin screw,the seal volume of the rotor,the oil of the rotor and so on;the transformation equation of the rotor is established,discussed and calculated the rotor teeth between volume and area calculation equation,rotor tooth curve,conjugate curve equation,meshing line equation and the tooth surface equation of the screw rotor,the geometry parameters of the rotor are derived and calculated;This paper focuses on the new method of rotor wire based on meshing line,and according to the coordinate system of yin and yang screw rotor,the meshing line coordinate system is established,and study the method of finding the rotor profile when the meshing line is the point,the straight line and the curve,and proposed a set of procedures to ensure the continuity of the rotor profile;The two factors influencing the performance parameters of the rotor are analyzed in depth.The rotor suction vent,shell,rotor displacement adjusting method of the design and calculation of the fuel injection quantity of rotor provide a certain reference for the design of the rotor and the research;In this paper,CFD is used to analyze the flow field.The static analysis and modal analysis of the rotor are carried out by ANSYS.
