Wave heating is important about Tokamak.Research of wave heating is important about Tokamak.numerical simulation is important method of research about wave heating. The history of full-wave equation methods about ion cyclotron wave is only two decades.Programs about full-wave methods mainly include TORIC code represented by M.Brambilla and AORSA code represented by E.F.Jaeger .The codes of full-wave methods have questions about algorithm of electromagnetic field. Finite difference time domain about modern computing electromagnetism is considered the most likely way of the questions. As the parallel technology proposed, large amount of calculation can be solved. The paper mainly introduced numerical algorithm of simulation about wave heating. The paper mainly introduced numerical solution of linear equation and nonlinear instability for example Stimulated Raman Scattering. The paper takes explicit FDTD method and MacCormack format used simulating linear model. In the paper,we take half inplicit FDTD method and explicit FDTD format used simulating nonlinear model, and compare difference between them. The paper had got preliminary results about nonlinear model. All the methods used parallel simulation, and got preliminary research about boundary conditions of parallel simulation.
