In order to relieve urban traffic congestion, develop low-carbon transport, our urban rail transport has been unprecedented attention, its construction has entered"Great Leap Forward"era. Rail transport hub is the anchor point of rail network, but many of our urban rail transport hub exist many problems, such as function of a single, land utilization of a less, the scale of internal facilities'allocation of an irrational and so on. In order to promote intensive development of land utilization, improve the use value of land for hub, improve the overall levels of service, this paper studies the comprehensive development of rail transport.Firstly, based on the adaptability analysis of rail transport hub classification and distribution, according to the location, railway transfer, transfer volume, line level of rail stations, the author graded on the rail transport hub, and classified the rail transport hub by the site services range and function, and further from the urban spatial structure, the form of rail network, the author also discussed the adaptability of the spatial distribution of rail transport hub. Secondly, the author studied the functional model of different levels of integrated development rail transport hub facilities, that is to say, set up indemnification facilities (traffic connection facilities) and incentive facilities (concurrently facilities), which are coordinated with the functional model,, and suggested the development of rail transport hub adopting the mode of Government Guidance in China, incentive facilities adopting the BOT mode, indemnification facilities transferring to government after constructed.. Through the factor analysis of facility layout for rail transport hub, the author put forward the internal layout mode, divided into three-dimensional layout mode and planar layout mode. The author also ascertained the configuration scale of indemnification connection facilities according to the demand, and determined the scale of incentive facilities by using economic balance method and capacity-limited method, and then calculated the reasonable rate of the two types of facilities. Lastly, take the integrated development mode of Hanxi Changlong's rail transport hub in Guangzhou City as applications example, the author demonstrates the scientificalness and practicability of this paper's main research achievements.
