Commercial block appeared in public space built environment of poor quality, utilization is not high and even the plight of the decline.According to the lost public space, the theory based on environmental behavior, from the material space and the dimensions of human behavior interactions proceed through the commercial block purpose public space activities of non-human research, expand the public Revival of space.
