| In recent years, with the flourishing development of our economic, the application of steel in construction is also increasing. Some special forms of steel appeared nowadays, higher requirement must be satisfied for component design of steel structures, structural steel systems and the connection of the basic. This paper analysis on the anchor design of rigid column base with circular bottom, the author establishes the column base finite element model with ANSYS. In the finite element analysis considers contact problems between concrete base and column base surface, as well as the bond-slip effect between anchor and concrete foundation. The finite element method results compare with the traditional design methods, for the purpose of knowing more about steel column base anchorage design.This paper compared the simplified method in calculating bolt tension with the elastic simulation method. on the base of the bolt tension calculation of exposed rigid column base with rectangular base plate, It is given detailed deduction of the equations for a circle base plate. the author establishes the column base finite element model with ANSYS. the results show that the value of finite element method between the simplified method and the elastic simulation method. It concludes that the simplified method is safer in projects. but the value of the concrete maximum compressive stress on the surface is small with this method. We should improve the concrete strength. the compressive stress distribution on the concrete foundation is in the form of a two-line, different from assumptions ,the maximum compressive stress is not at the bottom edge. |
