Solar cell test systems, especially portable outdoor PV test system has great commercial value, this development of high-precision, low cost, portable test system parameters on the photovoltaic solar cell industry development and testing of the system localization is significant.On the basic description of the principle of solar cell parameters, the irradiance sensor used to replace the current method is explored, alternative irradiance sensor illumination sensor design is proposed, the overall test system design method is given, and the parameters test functions of the software design is achieved. The I-V photovoltaic array test system uses ARM9 S3C2440 processor as the controller based on ARM-Linux development platform,DS18B20 chip as the temperature sensor,ordinary silicon photocell as irradiance sensor,and adopts dynamic capacitance charging methods to achieve the precise measurement of IV curves. IV curves and related parameters of features is displayed in touch screen,and the operation of instruments is achieved with software button. The parameters are estimated and optimized by programs of mathematical model and I-V characteristics prediction algorithm, combined with solar cell engineering. The author focuses on Boot-loader, immigrating of operation system and file system,compiling of related underlying drivers,such as the GPIO control driver of the touch screen and the charge and discharge circuit switches, the control driver of DS18B20, the driver of voltage and current intensity of ADC acquisition,and the compiling of such terminal application as data processing and UI displaying.
