There for, this paper pay attention to the research of verify assessment method of whole performance and the critical technology assessment method when the vehicle is flying under the environment of flight.First of all, according to weapons system operational flight adaptability environment's evaluation demand, summarizes the general techniques of system evaluation , including system analysis method, the creation of the index system and the evaluation model, and the study of the comprehensive method of index; According to the principle of system analysis, the paper brings forward a set of system analysis and critical technology identification method based on technology roadmap, decomposition the system analysis into combat requirement analysis, system tactical technical index requirement analysis, system composition analysis, system technology decomposition, and puts forward the critical technology for particle degree evaluation, through the particle degree evaluation, adjust the size of the critical technology's particle degree and modify the level of technology in the technology breakdown structure; And then create aircraft operational environment adaptability evaluation index, the environmental adaptability is divided into mechanics, heat, pneumatic, particle erosion environment, and then decompose each of the environmental indicators, the indicators of the bottom level of the index can be checked and calculated, each specific indicators on the bottom of the index are given to each major module to solve, the overall framework platform is to synthesize the indicators after the bottom indicators have been given out, and then give out a index synthetic example.
