With the rapid development of China’s green building,until the end of 2016,there are 7235 green buildings and over 800 million square meters construction area in China.But the majority of existing green buildings are projects with design identification and the amount of project with operation identification is relatively small,which accounting for only 5% in the total construction projects.There are also some problems in the process of green building technology application.The result of the investigation shows that the application of green building in China has the following characteristics.Firstly,the completed green building technology effect is poor and part of the green building technology has not been implemented or run.Secondly,the poor green building operation effect is common.Some investigation on green building shows that the watersaving and energy-saving the effect is not up to the design goal of technology.Thirdly,the increment investment of some green building technologies is large but the actual economic benefits is not obvious.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of "adaptability" of technology.The study of multi-objective adaptability pre-evaluation system of green building energy conservation and environment protection technology.In this paper,the application status and evaluation system of green building energy conservation and environment protection technologies were firstly analyzed to find out the critical problems and put forward the goal of this paper.Then the ideal point method,simulated annealing algorithm and other mathematical methods are used to set the new evaluation system in this paper to evaluate the energy saving and environment technology’s adaptability for green building.The assessment result of this evaluation system can tell the judgement about adaptability of the technologies used in the architecture to be assessed before the building is actually completed.This is a multipletarget evaluation system.The objectives of evaluation process includes performance,personnel satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.According to the standpoint of building designer,building user and real estate developer,this system make a comprehensive evaluation of all the objectives.The model in this evaluation method is set based on a survey database of a large number of green building in China.Finally,two existing green buildings are chosen to apply the pre-evaluation system.The analysis and comparison of evaluation results validates the practicability and feasibility of the evaluation system.Adaptability pre-evaluation method obtains the comprehensive evaluation result of the technology through the predictable information by simulation or calculation before the architecture built such as climatic conditions,building functional types,technical related information and prime cost.Then the algorithm model and database are used to obtain the prediction of the adaptability of technology to help make decision of technical.The evaluation system is comprehensive and multi-objective to avoid the inefficient application in the operation period.The assessment process and results are based on the survey database of energy saving and environment protection technologies of a large number of green buildings in China.The database is updated with the development of green buildings and technologies.Therefore,the assessment results can reflect the actual current application level of technologies.
