In this paper, the new campus of Tianjin Industrial University for the study, carried out a typical school district and regional variation of rainfall runoff pollution studies, campus storm water runoff drainage system simulation and optimization studies and discussions with campus campus water use characteristics of the measures and methods.Through research projects, and achieved some results. Mastered the campus area runoff on different land surface characteristics and the law: the best water quality of roof runoff, surface runoff water quality is poor and playgrounds; roof rainwater washed with a good initial effect, and the effects of road runoff erosion as the roof rain erosion effects are obvious; pollutants in stormwater runoff has a certain relevance.
