The temperature and humidity control system for laboratory,which is used in MCU control system based on fuzzy control with the laboratory's temperature and humidity as inputs, humidifying and dehumidifying device as the control objects, is used to satisfy the requirement of laboratory , improve environment quality of laboratory, reduce the influence caused by unstable environment.Humicap and thermistors are used to measure temperature and humidity in general temperature and humidity control system. This kind of traditional analog temperature and humidity sensor generally is designed by a signal regulate circuit through complex calibration and calibration process. the MCU control system based on Atmega16 is,which is more practical, stability,precision and convenient,can be applied in large scale to provide Accurate temperature, humidity information for requirement of sensitive temperature and humidity.This paper has two aspects: Firstly,the MCU control system is designed and realized based on Atmega16 with keyboard input,LED display and temperature-humidity collecting ;Peripheral Circuit such as drive control circuit of stepping motor based on GAL ,multi-temperature-humidity collecting circuit based on 1-wire bus and the processing parameter memory circuit based on I2C bus interface device AT24C02 and so on are designed to realize the function such as signal collecting,data display,keyboard control , data compute , temperature-device control , humidifying and dehumidifying device control. Secondly, the fuzzy controller based on fuzzy control technology is designed to solve the nonlinear variation and coupling phenomena of temperature and humidity in laboratory, research the characteristic of temperature and humidity in laboratory, and also the fuzzy control polling list is made.
