Temperature and humidity control system,a complex system,is widely used in industry.Temperature and humidity are the important control parameters.In order to ensure the quality of production,the temperature and humidity must be effectively and accurately controlled.PID control meathod is widely used in the single variable and linear time-invariant system.However,because of the characteristics of long time-delay,strong-coupling and time-varying,It is difficult to be satisfied with the effect of adopting PID control meathod to the temperature and humidity control system.In order to achieve the optimal control and stable operation of the temperature and humidity system,it is an effective method to decouple the temperature and humidity.In actual industrial production,it is usually difficult to obtain an accurate model of temperature and humidity control system.For the PID control meathod and Smith predictive control meathod that require the known model parameters,it’s also difficult to directly apply them to the system.However,Fuzzy control algorithm can not only learn the mathematical model of the controlled object online,but also adjust the system with expert knowledge,so as to be a better solution.But the disadvantages of fuzzy control meathod are that the ability of eliminating the static error is weak and the control precision of the system with hysteresis under the stable state is less effective.This paper conducted the model analysis and simulation study of temperature and humidity control system according to its characteristics.The diagonal matrix method can be decoupling effectively.Fuzzy control can effectively control the strong robustness.PID control accuracy is high in steady state.Combined with their three Advantages,this paper proposed fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm based on diagonal matrix decoupling method.After setting the diagonal matrix to decoupling the temperature and humidity,the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is used to control them.The results of MATLAB simulation show that this method can effectively solve the problem of decoupling and precise control of temperature and humidity control system.The proposed method that using correlation analysis to evaluate the coupling degree and decoupling effect between the temperature and humidity is simulated.The results verify the feasibility and practicability of the correlation analysis method in the analysis and evaluation of coupling degree.
