South-to-north Water Transfer Project Design And Research Of Raw Water Pipeline Engineering

According to the south-to-north water transfer project in the city of tianjin supporting overall planning of the goals of the plan,Tianjin city need to build the complete project of south-to-north water transfer project.By far, Tianjin has got only one DN2500 raw water pipe, which is responsible for transferring raw water. However, the pipe has been aged with lots of leakage. There hasn't been an opportunity to examine and mend it since it has been serving for more than 20 years, thus making it hazardous. To serve the needs of raw water of these three water factory, the raw water pipe should simultaneously satisfy the needs of Lingzhuang water factory, Jieyuan water factory, as well as Xinkaihe water factory. According to The Design Regulation of Outdoor Water Supply(GB50013-2006), there should be more than 2 main raw water pipes. The radius of main pipes and connected pipes, and the amount of connected pipes should all be calculated according to the accident water amount(70% of the designed amount) when any disorder happens to the main pipe. So, to ensure the safety of tianjin water supply, building a new raw water pipe is imperative.The new-built DN2600 raw water pipe has a scale of 1 million m~3/d and mutually supplements with the DN2500 one. Considering the situation of transferring water of Luan River, Yellow River and Yangtze River, the DN2600 pipe can serve the need of bilateral water transfer.Considering the geological situation, construction condition, security needs and economical needs, this construction will adopt the combined use of PCCP pipes and steel pipes.The construction has an estimated investment of 564.432 million RMB, and its designed scale is 1.1 million m~3/d. The pipe will be constructed from the new-build West River Pump, winding through Ziya River, towards east to north band of Ziya River, Xiaoxinzhuang Street, Chaoyangsi Stret, Zhichengdao Express Way(through Xinkai River to Xinkaihe water factory), then winding its way along the Outer Line, Jingjintang Highway, finally getting Yixingbeng Pump Station with the entire length of 11.7 km.After the completion of the construction, transferring the water of Luan River and Yangtze River will be fulfilled in central area of Tianjin. And the water resources can be reasonabily allocated and adjusted.
