Research On Loss Compensation Theory And Methods With Hydropower Right Transfer Of The Western Of South-to-North Water Project

The western-line south-to-north water transfer project, following the east-route and mid-route project, is a large scale state-planned interbasin water transfer project which attracts wide attentions both at home and abroad for characterizing volumes of water transfer, great difficulty in construction, large investment and long construction period. The west-line water transfer will brought great socioeconomic benefits to Yellow River Basin-the reception basin, and affect in certain degree the society, economy and environment of the water-transferred region, with the hydroelectricity development and utilization for water-transferred rivers affected greatly.
