Six Sigma is a quality management methodology and has been successfully appliedin many corporations such as GE,Motorola since1980s.Facing the worldwidecompetition,many manufacturing enterprises begin to implement Six Sigma to improvequality so as to enhance the competitive advantage.This article expound how to improvethe process and products quality with the Six Sigma theory and tools.At the base of the introduction of the the5steps of Six Sigma key process DMAIC(Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Controll) and the quality tools, the "qualityimprovement of the car comfort" is presented as the sample,the article introduces how toimprove the quality with the six Sigama key prozess.
