This paper is to Noshed hydropower dam deformation observation in quality control during construction as the theme. Power station dam deformation observation study including the vertical displacement variation, the vertical displacement cumulative variation, horizontal displacement variation, horizontal displacement cumulative variation . According to the natural environmental conditions, power of dam deformation amount of influence, construction characteristics, which analyzed we knows the dam deformation with time, construction progress, rainfall, obviously dynamics change. The results of the study show that:(1) The vertical direction of variation, appeared sinks gradually trends, although local appeared have significantly increased phenomenon; eventually the dim is more stable. In March–April 2009 dam the biggest variation is between 22.4 mm - 36.7 mm. The cumulative variation of vertical direction, dim changes from the initial variation large quantities to finally variation is not obvious remained stable. In March 2011 maximum accumulative total variation is 176.3 mm - 196.8 mm.(2) The variation of horizontal appeared twice big fluctuations, in March and May 2009 the maximal displacement variation is 5.5 mm - 11.7 mm. Meanwhile, in April 2009, also appeared twice larger picks up, whose maximum picks up volume is 1.6 mm - 3.3 mm. The accumulation of horizontal and vertical direction variation is basically the same amount of variation, overall change is obvious by no obvious to last the stability, in March 2011 the maximum amount of variation accumulated is 88.5 mm - 95.9 mm.(3) From displacement variation look, the vertical displacement is horizontal displacement variation obvious, horizontal displacement of vertical displacement quantity the biggest changes of whose is15% - 32% in the amount of variation.(4) From a cumulative variation look, similarly, the same level displacement is not like vertical displacement variation obvious, horizontal displacement accumulative biggest changes total of whose is 45%-55%. (5) Whether the vertical displacement or horizontal displacement and deformation by external condition the influence is obvious, especially the load gravity dam, level, season, construction progress, and other factors.(6) According to the deformation observation data correlation regularity and dynamic, from three points target (work quality and process quality, product quality) and beforehand control, course control and afterwards controls quality control analysis, the factors affecting the quality control, key working procedure quality and engineering key parts. So we must investigate advance on both sides of the dam and dam rock; In April and May 2009, in view of the dam foundation and subsidence larger dam damaged rock strata, which adopted grouting and charging anchor the means of processing, Afterwards we strengthen coordination and contract management, implement Omni-directional, the overall quality management.
