Flight control system hydraulic servo actuator O-ring sealing performance of its crucial role to play. O-ring directly affects the quality of the servo actuator to work. If the O-ring is torn damaged, the flight control system will be paralyzed. Although many domestic and international scholars have done a lot research on O-ring, the research combining O-ring with actual working condition is lacked. Especially for the O-ring rubber material used in the experimental determination of the mechanical aspects of the performance parameters of less information. Therefore, this thesis is significant on O-ring rubber material used in the experimental determination of mechanical properties and working conditions with the actual finite element analysis of O-ring.In the first place, combination of subjects from and the purpose of the study and significance, brief introduction to the principles of the o-ring seal, seal structure. In this thesis, O-ring rubber is used in super-elastic material, with a highly nonlinear behavior. And it is also highlighted super elastic and nonlinear constitutive theory the basic theory of finite element.In the second place, this article on ANSYS analysis of o-rings is through the Mooney-Rivlin constants to describe the mechanical behavior of rubber. This article make an experiment of NBR 10℃,50℃,90℃under uniaxial tension and plane shear test, and access to relevant information such as design of biaxial tensile test completed ,which is based on the actual conditions of the NBR O-ring. The engineering stress-strain data be obtained from this experiment could calculate the Mooney-Rivlin constants by MATLAB and ANSYS linear regression curve fitting.Last but not least, the writer used ANSYS software to analyze the integrated equivalent stress when O-ring works in the static state under different parameters. The Von Mises stress,O-ring can easily reflect the location of the cracks and service life. Then discussed the effect on sealing performance of O-ring by the oil pressure, compression ratio, strain rate, friction coefficient, groove depth and notch radius.
