The turntable are widely used in the military fields of aerospace,aeronautics and national defense. The aircraft's pitching, yaw, roll, and other kinds of changes in the position and orientation can be simulated by the turntables. Double-axial dynamic and static comprehensive testing turntable are the key equipment for the gyro,the test of missiles and other aircraft. As a specialized precision equipment,it must have good static,dynamic index. Good property index is directly related to the simulation and testing in credibility and reliability. The outside frame of simulation table which have an U type structure,is an important support structure component.In this thesis, mainly analyse in the cases of the guaranteed turntable natural frequency(80),minimize its quality and improve its dynamic characteristics.According to the design indexes, design the U-U shaped double-axial dynamic and static comprehensive testing turntable. In finite element analysis, simplified initial geometric model of the double-axial dynamic and static comprehensive testing turntable, and made a reasonable handling of the simplified materials and the boundary conditions.In the simulation module of the SolidWorks, get the best combination of the frame stents of the length, width, thickenss and strengthen thickness.The orthogonal design method and the artificial neural network optimization design are applied to the double-axial dynamic and static comprehensive testing turntable.The samples of the orthogonal table are obtained by the finite element analysis, mainly includes the orthogonal table design, establish the neural network for artificial neural network model by the MATLAB toolbox, find the best combination and so on. Through this process, clarifies the main factor and the secondary factor of the inherent frequency of turntable. Using the solve funtion in MATLAB,make sure of the each factor of influencing factors of the linear programming method. In design variable range,solve the optimal solution by the fmincon function in MATLAB.Using the dynamic singal analyzer (Agilent 35670A), text the dynamic and static the inherent frequency of the double-axial dynamic and static comprehensive testing turntable, Contrast the analysis results of the theoretically optimization. Simply introduces three kinds of optimization design method of finite element optimization, artificial neural network optimization and linear programming method. And introduces its disadvantages and applications.
