Concrete pump truck is a large-scale machinery and widely used in the field of engineering construction.It integrates transportation and pouring.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,convenience and energy saving.It enjoys high reputation in the industry.With the rapid development of the national economy,the basic construction industry in China has entered a stage of vigorous development.As an important equipment in the construction industry,concrete pump truck has been widely used.The use of pump trucks in construction has resulted in competition among enterprises and promoted the innovative research of concrete pump trucks.The concrete pump truck is developing towards economization,energy saving and lightweight.Turntable is an important load-bearing component of concrete pump truck,which is welded by high-strength steel.It is the load-bearing base of the boom.The upper part of the turntable is articulated with the connecting sleeve of the boom.The lower part is connected with the slewing bearing by high-strength bolts.The turntable mainly bears the load of the boom when it works and can be rotated together in the horizontal plane.The turntable not only has complicated working mechanism,but also is employed in various loading conditions.If the strength and stiffness of the turntable are not carefully designed,it will lead to the cracking of the turntable.Therefore,the finite element analysis and optimization of the turntable is very necessary.In this paper,on the basis of safety and reliability,the finite element software is used to optimize the thickness of the turntable.Firstly,a brief overview of the concrete pump truck,introduced the basic composition of the pump truck,through a large number of reading literature,to understand the current development of concrete.The effort has been paid to master the working principle of the turntable and its role in the pump truck,and calculate the load on the turntable.Secondly,Hyper Mesh software is used to divide the finite element mesh of the turntable,and the geometric model of the turntable is transformed into the finite element model by simplifying,extracting the middle plane,conducting Bohr operation and assigning material properties.The transformed model is imported into ANSYS analysis software.Thirdly,the finite element model of the turntable is analyzed by ANSYS software.First,the static analysis of the original structure is carried out to obtain the displacement and stress field of the structure.The displacement and stress distribution of the structure are mastered.According to the displacement and stress calculation results of the structure,it is found that the displacement and stress of the structure are generally small,and there is still space for optimization.Prepare for next optimization.Finally,the optimization module(OPT)in ANSYS software is used to iteratively optimize the thickness of the structure.The calculated results of the thickness,displacement and stress are obtained.The optimized thickness of the plate is rounded,and the calculation is submitted again.On the premise of ensuring the reliability of the structure,the weight of the structure is reduced,so that the structural materials can be fully applied..
