The analysis of temperature field and stress field of the friction disc of wet multi-disc brake is an important theoretical basis for the research of friction disk’s failure, and the key technologies of design on wet multiple brakes. This article is mainly talked about through the finite element analysis software to analyze the distribution of the wet multi-disc brake in emergency braking friction temperature field and stress field of the friction disc.Firstly, from the research of literature, to understand the research status of the wet multi-disc brake friction disc; Secondly, through study the theoretical knowledge, I mastered the basic theory of wet multiple disk brake friction disc structure, material that the simulation analysis based on; Next, on the basis of theoretical analysis to make finite element simulation analysis, the thing is to establish finite element analysis model, and then simulated by ANSYS Workbench, the mainly results are temperature field of the friction disk and stress field distribution, and sum up the temperature field and stress field distribution in a penetrating way, achieve the distribution of the friction disk of the temperature field and stress field, and the effects of the failure deformation of the friction disk; Finally, discussed the different experimental schemes, provides a measurement scheme for measuring the temperature of the brake in the braking process, so that we can bring about the temperature control in the braking process.In a word, through the study of this subject, we has a more in-depth understanding of the temperature distribution of the friction disk and the stress distribution. The temperature field and stress field of the friction disc of wet multi-disc brake is not evenly distributed, which leads to the non-uniform thermal stress, and caused friction disc thermal elastic. After repeated braking, it may cause the failure of the friction disk deformation. So in the design of wet multiple disk brake, we can control the wet multi-disc brake structure, the piston pressure plate structure, friction disc structure so that the temperature distribution of the friction disk of uniform, and provides a good temperature control method for the design of wet multiple disk brake and the friction of disc wet multiple disk brake.
